As a well-established, nationwide brand, Club Pilates is committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community. Currently, it operates in 36 states and 2 countries, with class formats designed to meet a wide range of client needs, from beginners to advanced, young to senior. The studio was among the first to create a comprehensive 500-hour Teacher Training Program for safe and effective group Pilates classes. The Sales Representative will support the General Manager by driving new membership sales through lead generation, demos, and membership retention efforts. Pilates knowledge is preferred but not required. Requirements:
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training Ability to learn and operate the Club Ready software system Capacity to stand or sit for up to 8 hours daily Fluent in English with strong communication skills via in person, phone, and email Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient computer skills Willingness to travel as needed Responsibilities:
Lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales Conduct facility tours, building relationships and assessing individual needs Maintain personal sales targets Promote the club's fitness and wellness objectives Present services to current and prospective members Schedule quality appointments to meet sales quotas Participate in community events like health fairs, grand openings, and marathons Develop and refine selling skills Perform other duties as assigned Compensation & Perks:
