What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote colorectal cancer (CRC) liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings Meet or exceed sales goals while managing promotional budgets Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with brand strategy Collaborate with local laboratories for phlebotomy partnerships Analyze competitive landscape and provide feedback to leadership What is Required (Qualifications):
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing field-based sales role, preferably in healthcare Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Veeva How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care providers Background in product launch planning and execution Familiarity with primary care practice landscape in the territory High-touch customer service skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
