What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Prospect and target healthcare providers to promote colorectal cancer (CRC) liquid biopsy screening

Meet or exceed sales goals and execute the national sales strategy in accordance with company standards

Develop and implement a business plan aligned with brand strategy to support product launch

Collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional partners to achieve company objectives

Analyze competitive landscape and provide feedback to leadership to inform strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

4+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role in the healthcare industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales expectations

Exceptional oral and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to engage in consultative selling and maintain market and product knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care providers

Familiarity with primary care practice landscape in assigned territory

Product launch planning and execution experience

High-touch customer service skills
