Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate - South Bay Market. This requisition contains multiple locations but there is not an immediate opening for every location listed. This position requires SAFE Act registration for residential loan mortgage origination and may include terms around in-office attendance and role-specific flexibility. Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $33.00/hr. This range is provided by Bank of America. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Obtain required securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time; obtain SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days (63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66). Deliver end-to-end client advisory services, including identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and guiding clients to achieve financial goals while maintaining a humanized approach. Build and manage client relationships, collaborating with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Progress from Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to Stage II by demonstrating success and developing a portfolio of clients; participate in Academy programs and resources. Maintain compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements; complete the background check and registration process; failure to obtain/maintain registration may result in termination. Required Qualifications
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self-discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Strong ability to build peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset with prioritization of client interests in a complex, fast-paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Skills
