As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), begin your journey by obtaining Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams, with dedicated classes and structured study time. Develop foundational skills to build and manage client relationships, consider a client’s financial picture, and guide them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives while maintaining a humanized approach to financial interactions. Progress to working in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions with strong client care. As you demonstrate success and obtain licenses, advance toward Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II to deepen client relationships and grow within Bank of America and Merrill, supported by the Academy programs, tools, and resources. Support the SAFE Act registration requirements for residential loan mortgage origination, including the background check and ongoing compliance; failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may lead to termination. Adhere to the in-office culture and role-specific attendance expectations, with flexibility as applicable. Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, some Saturdays as Required Example shifts: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, etc. We’ll help you

Grow knowledge with a defined consultative approach to identify client needs and solutions. Earn SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (Series 63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66) with structured lessons; obtain SIE within 30 days and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days. Build your network by engaging with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients, leveraging Bank of America’s broad client base. Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, client reviews/presentations, and recommended strategies to help clients achieve financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions across Bank of America and Merrill. Required Qualifications
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Time and capacity management self-discipline. Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset with client-first prioritization in a complex, fast-paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience Skills
