$12-$13 hourly , based on your experience, with opportunities for bonuses. The schedule is approximately
25 hours per week
and may require some weekends. Job Description
Providing superior customer service Assist in complete market surveys Show, lease and move in prospective community members Update unit availability daily Process rental applications Process maintenance requests Receive collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards Clerical and phone support Maintain all community member files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all file documentation Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed and all apartments are inspected to ensure move-in readiness to Trinity’s standards Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to Supervisor Conduct community member move-out unit walks Additional tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor Special Requirements
Physical Demands
Regularly sit; stand; walk; reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands; talk and hear. May occasionally climb. Must be able to work at a computer and on the phone for extended periods. Ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed. Attendance/Travel
Full-time position with possible nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance and participation in company functions and events. Essential Functions

Computer Skills
Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Prefer knowledge of Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check Learning and Development
Commitment to ongoing professional development through company continuing education programs Education
High school education or equivalent required Ability to read and write English fluently and perform intermediate mathematical functions; ability to use on-site resident management software Professional Experience
One year of experience in a service industry preferred We’ve Got You Covered
Medical, Dental & Vision; free PPO-HSA medical plan (with $1,200 annual employer contribution) outside CA. In CA, option for free PPO-HSA or HMO.
