We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Leasing Administrator. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and 5 years’ experience. Responsibilities
Lease Management: Review lease agreements, renewals, and rent increases to ensure accuracy and compliance. Lease Tracking: Track and monitor critical lease dates, including renewals and rent changes, to ensure timely action. Tenant & Staff Support: Act as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate; supervisory experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with tenants, staff, and management. In-depth knowledge of local housing laws, fair housing regulations, and leasing practices. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. Salary
Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
