Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Experienced in residential land acquisition, for finished lots, scattered and raw land projects with a strong understanding of entitlement and permitting processes, and financial feasibility Source and evaluate new possible opportunities across DFW, due diligence and more Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and local officials to identify potential acquisitions Manage financial modeling, feasibility studies, and competitive market analysis for each deal Support the negotiation and execution of land purchase agreements Lead due diligence efforts including environmental, geotechnical, and zoning reviews Work with municipalities and planning commissions to support zoning approvals, entitlements, and permits Monitor real estate market trends and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership Track project milestones and ensure timely progression from contract execution to closing Seniority level
