Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills. Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset in a remote-first environment. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP and state/federal financial regulations. Coordinate annual audits and work closely with external auditors and tax advisors. Develop and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures. Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Support special projects, including software implementation or financial process optimization. Compensation and Benefits
$85,000 – $110,000 yearly salary , depending on experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonus opportunities. Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Retirement plan with a generous
