Kennesaw, GA; Richmond, VA; Chicago, IL; Plano, TX Schedule:
Hybrid (3x on-site per week). Candidates applying must be local to one of the listed areas. Pay Range:
$65-$70/hr W2 (We cannot work on C2C, C2H, 1099, or third parties) Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, backlogs, and reports. Support teams in adopting Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and transparency. Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of Lean Agile SDLC processes. Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Jira, including report generation and backlog management. Experience leading discussions, creating clear documentation, and facilitating learning within teams. Excellent soft skills, including communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, managers, and global teams in a fast-paced environment. What’s in it for me?
