Structure and negotiate joint venture agreements, with emphasis on low-income housing tax credit transactions Serve as lead advisor to affordable housing developers navigating debt and equity financing sources Provide strategic tax-efficient structuring guidance for real estate projects and use of tax credits/incentives Ensure ongoing LIHTC compliance and navigate complex regulatory frameworks Deliver practical, solution-oriented counsel to clients while identifying and mitigating tax-related risks Draft comprehensive joint venture agreements for developers across diverse real estate projects Qualifications
4+ years of experience in affordable housing transactions and LIHTC projects Admitted to the California bar (remote candidates considered) Strong ability to provide strategic counsel on complex LIHTC transactions Excellent negotiation, drafting, and client-relations skills Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $300,000.00/yr - $600,000.00/yr Competitive compensation ($350,000 - $650,000 including estimated bonus) and comprehensive firm-sponsored healthcare benefits Generous PTO and a robust professional network with career development opportunities Additional Information
