Position Title: System Administrator Location: Montgomery, AL Position Status: Full Time, Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $40-$44/hr W2 Base pay range

We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator
to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing support of Microsoft solutions within a multi-tenant enterprise environment. You will play a key role in
identity management, security and compliance, Office 365 administration, Intune, Exchange, and Active Directory
to ensure seamless collaboration, secure operations, and reliable service delivery across the organization. This position requires a strong technical background, hands-on experience with
SCCM, Intune, MFA, ADFS, and F5/VxRail , and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced enterprise environment. If you thrive on solving technical challenges, driving innovation, and contributing to a collaborative IT team, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and optimize
Microsoft 365 solutions , including Exchange, Intune, MFA, ADFS, Security & Compliance, and related identity management services. Build, deploy, and implement client solutions using
SCCM and Intune
for enterprise environments. Troubleshoot Microsoft technologies including
WSUS, Group Policy, and Windows OS/servicing
at scale. Partner with Microsoft 365 Product Owners to support daily operations and resolve escalated issues (e.g., email, content search, eDiscovery). Assist in executing the
Microsoft 365 roadmap , leveraging new features and platform innovations. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot
F5 and VxRail
systems. Support content migration from
servers, OneDrive, SharePoint , and other sources into M365 environments. Provide technical user support and resolve escalated incidents related to systems administration and identity services. Contribute to policy configuration, security enforcement, and best practices within Microsoft portals and services. Required Skills and Education
Bachelor’s degree
in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of hands-on experience
with Microsoft 365 administration, configuration, and support in enterprise environments. Expertise with
SCCM and Intune
for system deployment and management. Strong troubleshooting skills with
WSUS, Group Policy, Windows OS, and enterprise servicing . Proficiency with
F5 and VxRail
configuration, management, and troubleshooting. Experience supporting
hybrid Office 365 deployments
and ADConnect/ADSync. Knowledge of
PowerShell scripting
for Microsoft 365 and Active Directory automation. Familiarity with
DNS, email gateways, LDAP, and other enterprise IT platforms . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and self-direct in a dynamic environment. About Seneca Resources
