Your responsibilities include: Leading and managing a team of system engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of software for infusion pump platforms. Overseeing multiple projects within infusion systems, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Recruiting, mentoring, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Ensuring software and systems meet regulatory and safety standards for medical devices. Leading software requirements, risk management, and project planning activities. Promoting Agile development practices within the team. Representing the software engineering team in stakeholder communications. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience or Master’s with 8+ years. Experience managing technical teams in medical device software development. Strong background in systems engineering, software requirements, and risk management. Proficiency with development tools like Jira and Doors. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $220,000 annually, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible work environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
