Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Clean up current books and backlog to ensure team is ready for audit. - Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Maintain and reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts. - Process payroll and related tax filings. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a full charge capacity. - Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop is required. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Experience with payroll processing and tax filings. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. This is a part-time contracted position. Compensation: $25/hr to $30/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
