Automotive Financial Controller
to lead accounting and financial operations across multiple rooftops. Location
Southern Connecticut Role Overview
The Controller will oversee all dealership accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls. This person will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while supporting executive leadership with strategic financial insights. Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and manufacturer reports. Manage A/R, A/P, payroll, reconciliations, and cash flow. Maintain internal controls and compliance with tax and audit requirements. Consolidate reporting across multiple stores and entities. Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Lead and develop the accounting team. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred). 5+ years of dealership accounting/financial management. Strong knowledge of dealership financial statements and DMS systems (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds, etc.). Proven leadership and organizational skills. Why Join Stevens Auto Group?
