Wealth Management Advisor - Worthington, OH. The Wealth Management Advisor (WMA) leads investment planning and investment and insurance products on the Wealth Management Team, facilitating the delivery of strategies and capabilities including portfolio management, trust administration, investment advisory and insurance. WMAs partner with the team to help clients and families understand their goals and construct goals-based investment portfolios, advising clients using U.S. Bank's Asset Management Group (AMG) or U.S. Bancorp Investment's open architecture as appropriate to deliver investment strategy, research, due diligence, and portfolio construction tailored to a client’s situation. Responsibilities

Lead investment planning and delivery of investment and insurance products. Facilitate strategies including portfolio management, trust administration, investment advisory and insurance services. Collaborate with team to understand clients' unique goals and construct goals-based portfolios. Advise clients using AMG or UBSI open architecture as appropriate to deliver market views, investment strategy, research, due diligence, and portfolio construction. Provide tailored investment management and insurance services based on each client’s situation. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Three to five years of experience in a financial sales position, preferably with the affluent client segment FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 license, and applicable state insurance license Preferred Skills/Experience

Knowledge in financial planning (goals-based planning, asset allocation, retirement planning, education funding) Knowledge of the securities industry, U.S. Bancorp Investments, investment and insurance products Knowledge of private banking products and services, including credit processes and policies Ability to present investment strategies and maintain a holistic planning approach Strong relationship management, sales and new business development skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication Proficiency with desktop planning tools and related software Benefits
