The Wealth Management Advisor (WMA) is the investment planning and investment and insurance products lead on the Wealth Management Team. The WMA facilitates the delivery of strategies and capabilities including portfolio management, trust administration, investment advisory, and insurance. WMAs partner with the team to assist clients and families by understanding their goals and objectives and constructing goals-based investment portfolios. Responsibilities

Lead investment planning and insurance product delivery as part of the Wealth Management Team. Facilitate strategies and capabilities including portfolio management, trust administration, investment advisory, and insurance. Understand client goals and objectives and construct tailored, goals-based investment portfolios. Advise clients using U.S. Bank’s Asset Management Group (AMG) or U.S. Bancorp Investment’s open architecture where appropriate. Deliver investment strategy information, manager/fund/security research, due diligence, and portfolio construction tailored to each client’s situation. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience Three to five years of experience in a financial sales position, preferably with affluent clients FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 license, and applicable state insurance license Preferred Skills/Experience

Knowledge of financial planning including goals-based planning, asset allocation, retirement planning, and education funding Knowledge of the securities industry, including U.S. Bancorp Investments, and investment and insurance products and services Knowledge of private banking products and services, including credit processes and policies Ability to present investment strategies to clients with a holistic planning approach Strong relationship management, sales, and new business development skills Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proficiency with computer software and desktop planning tools Disability Accommodations

Salary range: This role pays an annual base salary between $65,000 and $78,000, plus incentive eligibility based on production under the applicable plan.
