Responsibilities
Negotiate with buyer’s agents to secure the best terms and outcomes for your sellers Follow up with leads provided by our sales team and schedule listing appointments Conduct professional listing presentations to win business and build client trust Keep sellers informed with weekly updates on their listing status and activity Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Qualifications
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Compensation
