Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing Negotiate with buyer’s agents to secure the best terms and outcomes for your sellers Follow up with leads provided by our sales team and schedule listing appointments Conduct professional listing presentations to win business and build client trust Keep sellers informed with weekly updates on their listing status and activity Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Compensation
