Responsibilities
Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base Qualifications
Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Must possess or be willing to obtain a TN and/or MS real estate license Compensation
Compensation:
$80,000 per year
