Identify errors and overpayments for healthcare clients
Generate innovative ideas for claim concepts and recovery opportunities
Utilize various computer software and technology to perform tasks
Meet and exceed audit team goals and quality measures
Respond to client inquiries and provide support
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred OR at least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare billing, claims, auditing, reimbursement, or data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Access preferred
Strong interest in working with large data sets and databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the healthcare industry
Familiarity with auditing and reimbursement processes
Ability to assess the accuracy and thoroughness of work
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
