$150,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Coda Search│Staffing Our client, a leading hedge fund, is looking to add a Finance Manager to their Strategic Finance/FP&A team. This person will play a critical role in delivering economic insights and decision-making support to the senior leadership of the organization, helping to drive the firm’s financial performance. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly dashboards for senior management and stakeholders Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and other key performance indicators Lead the firm’s annual budget and forecasting processes by collaborating with the organization’s leadership to incorporate initiatives Develop financial analyses that add value to decision-making and assess business performance Partner with business units to develop financial models and analyses that support strategic initiatives Participate in team-wide projects with the autonomy to innovate and develop new methods for analyzing the business Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred 8+ years of experience in Financial Services Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively in written presentations and to small groups Seniority level
