$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Controller - Onsite | North SATX
Salary: $100K DOE Why Apply as the Controller?

This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to take full ownership of the books, drive process improvements, and grow into a strategic finance leadership role. You’ll report directly to the CFO and manage a lean team, working closely with AP, AR, and company leadership. Responsibilities of the Controller
Oversee full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, and payroll Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure proper transaction coding Lead monthly close process and prepare financial statements Process journal entries and reconcile intercompany accounts Manage payroll and payroll tax filings (QuickBooks Desktop) Monitor vendor relationships and payment schedules Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and deposits Respond to customer and vendor inquiries professionally Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives Identify and implement process improvements across accounting functions Maintain compliance and accurate recordkeeping Qualifications of the Controller
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience in full-cycle accounting or controllership Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style Additional tags:
