IT Project Manager Lead
to oversee multiple projects supporting integrations, upgrades, and ongoing initiatives along our
SAP S/4
progression timeline. While the core S/4 implementation is complete, the evolving environment continues to present new challenges and opportunities for enhancement.
Each Project Manager will support their own project team and focus area, but all will work within a cohesive project management framework. Key Responsibilities: Lead IT project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. Oversee project teams and provide guidance to ensure projects meet business objectives. Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to manage system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements in a post-S/4HANA implementation environment. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and reports using
Microsoft Project
and
Jira
. Ensure risks, dependencies, and issues are identified, tracked, and mitigated effectively. Communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders, providing transparency into progress and potential roadblocks. Apply
Agile methodologies
where appropriate to ensure iterative delivery and cross-functional collaboration. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an IT Project Manager leading enterprise-level projects. Strong
Agile project management
experience. Proficiency with
Microsoft Project
and
Jira
. Solid organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Basic computer literacy is required
—must be comfortable navigating and using standard IT tools independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with
SAP S/4
or related ERP environments (highly preferred but not required). Experience supporting system integrations, upgrades, or post-implementation initiatives. PMP
