IT Application Analyst II - WorkDay Student System

Responsibilities
Mentor Applications Analyst I and share knowledge.
Install, upgrade, configure, and validate application settings.
Coordinate end‑user support activities and attend meetings.
Provide go‑live support for new applications, modules, and functionality.
Analyze business/clinical needs, interpret user requirements, and recommend improvements.
Develop system specifications, test plans, and perform testing.
Create and maintain documentation, and present oral and written communications to project teams.
Provide on‑call support and perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Lift a minimum of 20 lbs, push and pull a minimum of 20 lbs, and stand a minimum of 4 hours a day.
Adhere to the Medical Centers Organizational Competencies and Standards of Behavior.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
Minimum of 2 years of IT experience and/or 2 years of clinical experience.
Solid working knowledge of subject matter and independent work style.
Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
Effective oral and written communication and documentation skills.
Collaborates with other team members across the department.
Demonstrates self‑direction and self‑direction.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree.
Healthcare experience or related field.
Licenses and Certifications
Epic and/or other relevant certification(s) or other relevant application experience.
Compensation Minimum rate of $82,513.60 Annually
