What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team engagement
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and define backlog items aligned with business objectives
Coach and mentor Agile teams on SAFe principles and Scrum best practices to enhance maturity and self-organization
Identify and resolve impediments impacting team performance and delivery
Track sprint metrics to ensure transparency of team progress and support data-driven decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
B.S. in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required; SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM) preferred
5+ years of experience leading Agile teams, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Agile lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working within SAFe, with an understanding of ART execution
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor Agile teams
Solid understanding of Agile reporting, including burndown charts and velocity tracking
Passion for Agile principles and continuous learning
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint)
