Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
Develop solutions on the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
Determine and advise on the best solution for projects using CRM or the Power Platform in terms of functional fit, cost, maintainability, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performing CRM or Power Platform components.
Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations with external systems and databases (e.g., ERP, vendor systems, Project Management, SharePoint, SQL Server).
Oversee code reviews, unit testing, and support QA/UAT efforts to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
Configure model‑driven apps, develop canvas apps, Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, and role‑based security.
Deliver robust solutions that fit the user requirements, are maintainable, scalable, highly responsive, and user‑friendly.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the technical team.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
Continuously improve: Stay updated on new features and industry trends to propose improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting CRM solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and Azure Services.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems (e.g., ERP, finance, contract management).
Solid understanding of ALM processes, solution management, DevOps, and CI/CD in D365 environments.
