Job Title: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect – Quote-to-Cash (CPQ/Revenue)

Responsibilities
Experience as a Solution Architect in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, D365 Finance & Operations, and Power Platform.
Strong hands-on knowledge of CPQ processes, subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
Experience in designing end-to-end Quote-to-Cash solutions (Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Billing-to-Revenue).
Knowledge of Azure services, APIs, integration frameworks, and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Logic Apps, etc.).
Strong experience in data modeling, system integrations, and workflow automation.
Deep understanding of pricing strategies, product modeling, discounting, approval workflows, and subscription lifecycle management.
Familiarity with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance is a plus.
Lead solution architecture and roadmap design for Quote-to-Cash initiatives within Dynamics 365.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Design and implement CPQ capabilities: product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, and contract management.
Oversee integration of Dynamics 365 with ERP (D365 F&O / SAP / Oracle), middleware, payment gateways, and external systems.
Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and data models for the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
Guide development teams on best practices in Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse, Plugins, and Flows.
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
Provide thought leadership on industry best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement in QTC.
Conduct solution reviews, proof-of-concepts, and oversee delivery of high-quality implementations.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
