Responsibilities
Working as a PLA in the assigned 5-10 hours weekly performing Lead PLA tasks
Act as a mentor for a group of 10-18 PLAs
Assist PLA Coordinator in interview process
Promote OSSA services via social media and events
Attend a monthly Lead PLA meeting
Attend a mandatory Lead PLA training at the beginning of the semester
Attend the Open House at the beginning of the semester
Engage in ongoing trainings
