What You'll Do The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for supporting modeling, system enhancements, and overall balance sheet management within the Bank’s Asset Liability Management (ALM) team. The role will focus on supporting the balance sheet and net interest income forecast within the ALM team.

Assist with running the ALM model to generate the Balance Sheet and Net Interest Income forecast.

Assist team with all upstream (data staging) and downstream (reporting and analysis tools) processes surrounding the ALM model.

Assist with coordinating all forecast assumptions with FP&A and the Treasury Group.

Conduct in-depth analysis of model results identifying trends and providing insights to senior management.

Play an integral, hands-on role in the development of the ALM system including its configuration, testing, and shared use with other teams (e.g., Liquidity, Capital, FP&A).

Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes, test new data connections, and customize reporting from the ALM system.

Collaborate with second line of defense teams, including Model Risk, to support ALM governance and improvements.

Assist in creating presentation materials summarizing ALM enhancements and results for the Balance Sheet Management Sub-Committee and ALCO.

Maintain model documentation and procedures for the ALM model.

Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed in a fast and efficient manner.

What You’ll Need

1+ years of related experience in Accounting, Finance (GL Mgmt., Public Reporting, Analysis), Economics or similar field.

Bachelor's degree in related field required.

Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.

Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.

Entry level to intermediate knowledge of financial markets and instruments.

Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Chartered Financial Analysts preferred.

Certified Treasury Professional preferred.
