UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling Implementation Senior Consultant
to join their HR Transformation practice, which is a key part of their Human Capital Consulting team. This role involves working on UKG platform implementations, focusing on workforce management modules. Responsibilities
Implement UKG WFM Pro modules including Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation, with knowledge of the Boomi integration layer. Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG WFM Pro projects, including analysis, configuration, testing, and support. Engage in requirements gathering, client workshops, and meetings. Design work efforts and ensure timely delivery. Identify and resolve project issues proactively. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. At least 5 years of experience with HR and WFM functions, including UKG modules and integration layers. Experience with full project lifecycle, requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and client interaction. Ability to travel up to 50% based on project needs. Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship. Preferred Skills
External consulting experience. Experience with other HRIS implementations. Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Additional Information
The role offers a salary range of $131,175 to $218,625, depending on experience and qualifications. The position can be based in multiple US locations, with potential for remote work depending on client needs.
