Overview

Corporate Treasury Operations Analyst II – Mid-level position supporting Investment Portfolio Operations, Corporate Funding Operations, or Collateral Management Operations within Truist Financial Corporation. Provides comprehensive support to Truist’s Treasury Division and related product areas, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives. Responsibilities

Contribute to the success of Investment Portfolio Operations, handling trade execution, settlement, recordkeeping, accounting, income/expense processing, compliance, reporting and control for a $75+ billion portfolio. Ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades through safekeeping agents. Support securities movement for intraday and stress liquidity events. Monitor Federal Reserve account activity, verifying postings and timely resolution of unknown activity. Provide Investment Portfolio Trade Log to Front Office and forecast upcoming securities activity to the Moneydesk Team. Ensure timely reporting for weekly, monthly and quarterly Regulatory and SEC reporting. Execute general ledger accounting requirements, including month-end close; maintain accurate accounting for investment portfolio accounts. Justify month-end yield and EOC analysis; reconcile suspense accounts timely; maintain internal controls for safekeeping of assets and financial statement reliability. Coordinate with internal/external auditors on audit requests; maintain systems of record for changes to banks, portfolios, security types, and GL interfaces. Process and monitor Deposit Requests; ensure accurate and timely markups; manage integration of investment portfolio products from a merged institution into Truist systems. Participate in mapping sessions to ensure proper product integration. Balance Federal Reserve and DTCC activity daily; promote teammate engagement and team achievements. Support Corporate Funding Operations with trade execution, settlement, accounting, reporting, and control for $75+ billion in funding products. Manage Moneydesk activities daily to fund the Bank and meet Federal Reserve requirements; monitor inputs/outputs to the Federal Reserve account (ACH, cash letters, wires, securities activity, etc.). Provide timely regulatory and SEC reporting; perform month-end close and review corporate reconciliations; justify yield/EOC analysis and tax reporting where applicable. Ensure effective internal controls around systems and processes; work with auditors; maintain systems of record for changes to banks, portfolios, and related data. Oversee wire processing; may be designated as Fedline Advantage administrator/supervisor to manage limits and large wires; set up new customers/repeat wires. Integrate corporate funding products from merged institutions; participate in mapping sessions for proper integration; engage with public fund clients and respond to inquiries across states with varying pledging requirements. Contribute to Collateral Management Operations, managing pledged securities and loans, settlements, accounting, compliance, reporting and controls for multi-billions in assets. Ensure timely pledging and reporting for securities and loans; prepare required reporting for state administrators and federal/central banks; maintain internal controls and coordinate with auditors. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 5+ years of banking experience in a high-volume investment portfolio operations, funding operations, or collateral management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of experience in Corporate Treasury Operations. Ability to train teammates; strong reading of regulations; solid understanding of financial markets and products including fixed income, funding instruments, and loans. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple priorities; excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications; strong audit and review skills. Preferred Qualifications

MBA preferred. Integrated knowledge of Corporate Treasury and its role within Truist; bank audit experience. Benefits
