Our Treasury team is responsible for managing the liquidity of the firm, optimizing the balance sheet, cash activities, borrowing and investment needs, and banking relationships with proper controls to safeguard company assets. The Senior Treasury Analyst will lead global treasury operations, liquidity risk management, working and growth capital strategies, and will help optimize global cash flow and banking operations.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and complete internal / external reporting to shareholders, internal management, and external parties (shareholders and banks). Collaborate with the Director of BI/Treasury on planning exercises and execute debt paydown and interest reduction strategies. Provide daily updates to borrowing base reporting alongside internally published Cash vs Debt. Monitor covenant ratios and report findings to the department Director. Work with Inventory Analyst to lower inventory cost of carry and develop strategies to optimize inventory cost and holdings for business needs. Daily reporting of Receivables program with banks and segregate assets related to bank collateral. Enhance bank strategy and streamline Treasury operations from operating companies to a consolidated entity. Build scalable treasury infrastructure and source opportunities for capital creation and expansion internationally, including M&A. Drive operational excellence by implementing and administering treasury tools and processes. Strengthen strategic relationships with banks and cross-functional teams to enhance treasury operations. Act as day-to-day banking point of contact and prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to banks and funding partners. Design liquidity forecasts for BIG and respond to ad hoc reporting requests. Monitor bank balances to optimize capital costs and interest income. Collaborate with other departments to shorten data presentation timelines and ensure data quality and standards. Partner with Director to build treasury infrastructure and identify opportunities for capital creation and expansion internationally as well as M&A. Support the implementation and administration of treasury tools and processes to drive operational excellence. Maintain strong relationships with banks and cross-functional teams to ensure effective treasury operations. Qualifications

3+ years of prior experience as a treasury analyst. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or related field. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of financial and statistical analysis processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Outstanding communication, reporting, and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex issues clearly for executive audiences. Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information; collaborative team player and trusted partner for Business and Finance Teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and present concise conclusions. Curious, inquisitive, and creative thought leader with a growth mindset. Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Experience in financial forecasting and trend analytics. Experience with Great Plains and Tableau preferred; experience with other ERP/data optimization tools is acceptable. Strong familiarity with accounting concepts; experience in corporate finance or consulting is a plus. Measurable ability in financial planning and strategy. Education
