This role will focus on the day-to-day operations of business entities, including financial reporting and consolidation. Company Overview:

This role will focus on the day-to-day operations of business entities, including financial reporting and consolidation.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations Review intercompany accounts for proper booking and reconciliation Analyze and maintain General Ledger accounts Prepare and post corporate recurring journal entries Prepare monthly accruals Initiate and post corporate wires and account transfers Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting standards Manage and fund Capital Calls/Distributions and prepare related journal entries Review intercompany billing cash receipts postings for assigned entities Assist in corporate accounting and special projects as required Assist in year-end audit and tax return requests Prepare and review monthly/quarterly reporting for assigned entities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required 2-5 years of experience in public accounting and/or real estate accounting preferred CPA or CPA track preferred Comprehensive knowledge of Property Accounting principles and processes Advanced knowledge of general accounting principles Experience with accounting software systems, Yardi preferred Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
Compensation:
Pay Rate:
$38 – $40/hr, DOE
