Verifies 3-way match for all capitalized purchases that PO Price, Invoice Price, and Receiving paperwork agree with proper authorization prior to submitting for final approval. Verifies that non-inventory purchases agree to manual purchase order, receipt, and invoice with proper authorization prior to submitting for approval. Completes 3-way match for intercompany invoices assuring Purchase Price Variance is within tolerance. Works closely with other departments to facilitate timely and accurate reporting of MRO expenditures. Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders. Enters all invoices into accounting system for payment, verifying vendor information, payment terms, etc. Prepares batch check runs, wire transfers. Assists with monthly closings. Process remittance information from checks and wire transfers. Receives, researches and resolves inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons. Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records and reports. Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department. Qualifications

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED). Experience: 3-5 years accounts payable experience, integrated manufacturing, and accounting software experience. Computer Skills: MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), e-mail and internet savvy. Benefits
