The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Accounting Coordinator and Branch Manager to provide ongoing administrative support to the operations team in order to help keep business operations running smoothly and maximize the company’s resources, goals, and objectives.
Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00/HR
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Provide ongoing administrative support to our operations team with various administrative, accounting, and purchasing duties.
- Assisting with purchasing and stocking of office supplies
- Assist with monitoring inventory control
- Providing administrative support to all office and sales staff
- Answering incoming calls, and directing calls to appropriate associates
- Management of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with production of quarterly, monthly, and weekly reports for operations management team.
- Review operations invoices, resolve any issues with supplier, properly code to correct GL account, scan to Operations Managers for approval, and submit to accounts payables for payment.
- Order supplies, ensure billing is correct, and obtain purchasing data on certain supplies.
- Other duties, as assigned and requested by management.
