Create and update vendor records Manage accounts payable transactions Review expense reports and ensure completeness Enforce compliance and payment processes for vendors and subcontractors Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile discrepancies Maintain and track W-9 forms; responsible for year-end 1099 filings Perform periodic reviews of AP aging Reconcile corporate credit card statements and ensure timely payments Assist with cash projection processes Support accounting and operations teams Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Payable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professionalism, ethics, and discretion handling confidential information Experience with accounting software, Spectrum preferred Benefits
