Any unsolicited resumes will be considered Uprite Construction's property, and no fees will be paid for unsolicited referrals.* Our Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project management, from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has significant experience in tilt-up construction as well as ground-up projects, particularly large-scale commercial builds. This person will be based out of our Irvine, CA office location. What You'll Do: Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned construction projects, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Apply technical knowledge in tilt-up and ground-up construction methods, ensuring best practices and quality standards Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and minimizing cost overruns Lead a team of construction professionals, including site superintendents, subcontractors, and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring project objectives align with client expectations Enforce strict adherence to OSHA regulations, safety standards, and company policies to ensure a safe work environment Quickly identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during project execution to maintain schedules and budgets What You'll Bring: Experience: 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with proven experience in both tilt-up and ground-up projects Project Scope: Demonstrated success managing large-scale commercial construction projects, ideally within the range of $10M to $50M or more Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar) and MS Office Suite Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is a plus; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred Leadership: Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills, with a track record of fostering teamwork and collaboration What We'll Provide: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance in accordance with plan guidelines.
