About The Position Consumer Loan Processor is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely funding and disbursement of consumer loans (auto, personal, unsecured, secured, etc.). This role verifies loan documentation for completeness and compliance, coordinates with branches, dealers, or members, and ensures that funds are released in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service-level standards. What You'll Be Doing Conduct quality control review of all loans prior to funding. Ensure all lien, insurance, collateral purchase information, and funding instructions are received and complete from loan officers prior to funding. Provide detailed instructions to branches or dealerships for loan funding to ensure the correct documentation is received and signed for. Provides operational support for post-funding activities that include audit requests, due date changes, trailing loan items, and addition or removal of ancillary loan products Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. Qualifications 1 year of Lending or Financial Institution experience Skills & Competencies Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment Exercise proper time management Demonstrates strong customer service skills in both internal and external communications. Physical Demands While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, a mouse, and a telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel. You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
