Senior Ancillary Benefits Analyst – Employee Health & Benefits at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA). This role serves on the Employee Health & Benefits team and focuses on ancillary insurance products and analysis, working with high complexity cases and supporting client teams with presentations and executive summaries. Responsibilities

Work on high complexity ancillary benefits cases, constructing presentations and executive summaries for the client team. Operate with minimal direction, take ownership of projects, and proactively develop and improve departmental work products. Proactively recommend the best client alternatives and support day-to-day decision making. Develop projections of benefits costs, analyze proposals, and evaluate benefit provisions for group ancillary programs. Utilize advanced technical and analytical skills to ensure accuracy and quality in work output. Communicate effectively with clients and team members; demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with computer tools. Position may be based in any MMA Michigan offices (Troy, Livonia, Grand Rapids). Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, or related area preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in the healthcare benefits industry (group, insurance carrier, broker, or general agency) preferred. Two years’ experience as an analyst at MMA preferred. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to follow directions, be detailed, and resourceful. Excellent verbal communication and writing skills. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and multiple projects. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Location

This role has the ability to work out of any of our Michigan offices in Troy, Livonia, and Grand Rapids. Benefits
