Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
High Visibility & Strategic Impact
– Lead the external reporting function at a publicly traded real estate organization, partnering closely with senior leadership and contributing to quarterly earnings releases, SEC filings, and investor communications.
Own the SEC Reporting Process
– Take the lead on 10-Q/10-K filings, 8-K earnings releases, MD&A disclosures, and XBRL tagging, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast‑paced environment.
Technical Depth & Career Growth
– Gain exposure to complex accounting issues, regulatory filings, and special projects, positioning yourself for upward mobility within a high‑performing finance organization.

Oversee quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), ensuring accuracy and timeliness using SEC reporting software.
Prepare quarterly earnings releases (8-K) and earnings call scripts, including supporting documentation and workpapers.
Develop and review supporting schedules for financial statements and disclosures.
Manage XBRL tagging and contribute to MD&A and disclosure checklists.
Support preparation of proxy statements, investor presentations, and press releases.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA required.
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with strong U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge.
Hands‑on experience preparing SEC filings.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with RDG software a plus.
