Run your business your way — while leveraging OpenKey™ tools, marketing, and back office Represent retail, office, and investment sales clients across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and beyond Source, manage, and close exclusive listings across asset classes Collaborate with a team of veteran brokers and brand-aligned professionals Access proprietary deal flow, institutional relationships, and top-tier branding assets Contribute to a growing firm that prioritizes agent freedom and long-term wealth creation What We Offer Full branding, marketing, and pitch support Access to exclusive listings, landlord relationships, and tenant mandates In-house transaction, design, and research teams to support your pipeline Flexibility, autonomy, and shared long-term upside for aligned agents Midtown Manhattan office access (private offices and meeting space available) Who We’re Looking For Licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker Minimum 2–3 years of transactional experience in NYC real estate Active book of business and proven ability to source or close deals Polished, professional, and entrepreneurial Seeking more value for your production — not more handholding To confidentially explore alignment, reach out:
