Job Title:
Controller We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Controller
to oversee all accounting operations, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and lead the development of internal controls. This position will play a key role in the company’s financial management strategy and long-term growth by managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audits. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS. Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts; monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage and coordinate external audits and liaise with external auditors and consultants. Maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial records. Supervise and mentor the accounting team; foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Evaluate and improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures. Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership to support decision-making. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Strong knowledge of GAAP (and IFRS), tax regulations, and financial reporting. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing environment. International Group reporting Prior public accounting experience. Job Details
