Financial Advisor (Mentorship, Paid Training & Licensing Provided | Career Changers Welcome) We’re looking for motivated individuals to help us carry on this tradition. Location Fort Myers, FL and surrounding Lee and Collier County areas

Preferred qualifications

Prior sales, consulting and/or business development experience

History of success (in ANY field especially in client facing roles)

Strong interpersonal and networking skills

Legally authorized to work in the United States (we don’t offer visa sponsorship at this time)

Compensation and Benefits

Performance based earnings with uncapped commission / unlimited earning potential. Average year 1 income is $82,000. Average income in the first 4 years in the role is approximately $100,351 and $361,953 for top 10% performers

Grow your client base by prospecting, networking, and maintaining a strong referral network

Build personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to every client’s unique needs

Manage your client’s financial plans to help them achieve their goals through selling insurance, retirement/ estate / business financial planning and wealth and investment management

Build a financial planning practice that focuses on: Planning Experience · Asset & Income Protection · Education Funding · Investment & Advisory Services · Trust Services · Retirement Solutions · Business Needs Analysis
