Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for managing the loan origination process, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, gathering and verifying documentation, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with underwriting and processing teams to ensure seamless loan closings.
Qualifications
Experience and knowledge in Loan Officers and Mortgage Industry
Proficiency in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
Strong focus on Customer Service and client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently and remotely
Previous experience with FHA, VA, and other mortgage products is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
