Key Responsibilities Proactively manage new business opportunities from multiple channels, including referrals, marketing campaigns, producer-driven leads, walk-ins, and online inquiries. Conduct coverage reviews and recommend appropriate personal lines insurance solutions. Present options, bind, and issue policies across personal lines products, including home, auto, umbrella, and more, with a consultative approach. Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve new business targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional coverage where appropriate. Stay informed on carrier guidelines, underwriting changes, and market trends. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in
personal lines insurance , preferably in an account manager or new business role. Active
Property & Casualty license . Strong knowledge of major personal lines carriers and comparative rater tools. Proficient with agency management systems, preferably
AMS360 . Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with consultative selling and proactive follow-up communications. Experience managing a high volume of inbound or referral-based leads. Customer-first attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
