Bookkeeper/Accountant REMOTE (Seasonal) – JDA TSG Seasonal remote role supporting QuickBooks Online (QBO) for the upcoming tax season. Requires in-depth experience with QBO and strong attention to detail. Must reside in the United States with permanent work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided. Opportunity Highlights

QuickBooks ProAdvisor / QBO Level One Certification is required You have 3+ years of professional experience using QBO in bookkeeping roles Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks Proficient with technology and computer operations High level of customer service skills and professional communication What You’ll Be Doing
Interact with customers via video to evaluate, guide, and answer bookkeeping and QBO questions, including discrepancies in financial statements, chart of accounts customization, A/P and A/R issues Create high-quality customer experiences and ensure timely follow-up communications Research regulations to support guidance What You Bring To The Table
QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification 3+ years in using QBO in bookkeeping roles Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficient with technology; solid computer operations knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication; professional, friendly, and reassuring Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, Fiber). Satellite internet not accepted. What We Offer
