– Remote (U.S. only) during the upcoming tax season. JDA TSG is hiring Seasonal/Remote Team Members with expertise in everything QuickBooks Online (QBO) for the upcoming tax season. If you have 3 years of professional experience using QBO for bookkeeping and are looking for remote work, we would love to speak with you about joining our team. To be considered, candidates must currently reside in the United States and have permanent work authorization in the U.S. (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time).

Responsibilities
Using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, evaluate, provide guidance, and answer customers\' bookkeeping and QBO questions, including financial statement discrepancies, chart of accounts customization, A/P and A/R issues, and related bookkeeping concerns. Create high-quality customer experiences that instill confidence and ensure all follow-up communication is executed timely. Research regulations to support guidance.
What You Bring To The Table
QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification 3+ years of using QBO in similar bookkeeping roles Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software High degree of customer service skills; professional, friendly, and reassuring communication via video and audio tools Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred/Required Certifications
QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification QBO Level One Certification
Equipment & Internet
Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, fiber). Satellite is not acceptable. Equipment, including a laptop, will be provided for the duration of employment.
