Accounts Payable Accountant
who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-obsessed, and knows how to keep the financial gears turning smoothly. This is not your average AP role — we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership, improve processes, manage critical relationships, and ensure everything from purchase cards to invoice reconciliations runs like a well-oiled machine. What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense reports. Manage purchase card programs, including reconciliation, reporting, and internal compliance. Cultivate and maintain banking and vendor relationships, serving as a key point of contact. Own the invoice lifecycle — from entry to approval to payment — and proactively resolve discrepancies. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with financial policies. Support month-end close with AP accruals and account reconciliations. What You Bring To The Table:
Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor’s degree a plus). Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounts payable experience. Proven ability to reconcile invoices, investigate variances, and support departmental needs. Familiarity with banking interactions and managing vendor accounts.
