Payroll Accountant

Partner closely with HR to process accurate and timely payroll for our dedicated employees Analyze and reconcile payroll-related accounts with a focus on accuracy and compliance Understand the full payroll ecosystem—from inputs to outputs—and proactively resolve discrepancies Manage and support deferred compensation programs with precision Identify opportunities for automation and improved workflow efficiency within payroll operations Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll regulations What You Bring To The Table
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll accounting At least an Associate’s degree in Accounting (Bachelor’s preferred) Strong understanding of payroll systems, accounting principles, and reconciliation processes Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Confidence working cross-functionally—especially with HR teams Why Join Us?
